Everyone know shrimp is very healthy food and we make very delicious and healthy shrimp recipes every day
I don’t often buy shrimps and I can’t say that I like them very much, but sometimes I just want something specific, like, for example, this time I wanted shrimps.
True, the fact that it is absolutely not profitable to buy shrimps from us is sad. Why? Yes, because they cost decently, but since they are sold frozen, the percentage of water in them is extremely high.
So, a small pack of shrimps weighing 200 gram of fifty percent consists of ice, and when the shrimp meat itself is thawing, nothing remains.
Healthy Shrimp Sandwiches
I forgot about it and instead of the conceived salad, I had to cook something else. The idea came to make Grilled Shrimp Sandwich; they certainly should be enough shrimp.
Sandwiches made miniature, from a thin baguette. The basis of steel boiled chicken eggs and fresh cucumber in my opinion, a great combination.
Shrimps brought their flavor notes and served as quite a good decoration for sandwiches.
Ingredients for Healthy Shrimp Sandwiches
- Shrimps – 200 Gram
- Eggs – 3 pc
- Sour cream – 3 tbsp
- Fresh cucumber – 1 pc
- Baguette – 1 pc
How to make Healthy Shrimp Sandwiches
Step – 1 shrimp or defrost for a couple of literally a couple of minutes (they didn’t have to be cooked, since in my case they were already boiled, just frozen)
Step – 2 Chop eggs finely or grates.
Step – 3 Fresh cucumber, too, smaller crumble
Step – 4 mix cucumber and chopped eggs
Step – 5 Add a few spoons of sour cream (who loves – you can substitute mayonnaise or some sauce)
Step – 6 Mix everything well
Step – 7 Cut baguette not too thick slices
Step – 8 Spread the resulting mass with a layer of medium thickness on a piece of baguette
Step – 1 Put shrimps on top of each sandwich (I have them small, so there are quite a few of them, if larger, then you can do a couple)
I didn’t check it, but I think children will like these sandwiches.
